Overview
By using this website, requesting a quote, placing an order request, or buying from Eireworks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
These terms do not remove or reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Irish or EU consumer law.
01
Business information
Eireworks Carbon Components is operated by an Ireland-based sole trader under a trading business name registered with the Companies Registration Office in Ireland. Eireworks is based at Belleville, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7, Ireland. Eireworks is not currently VAT registered and does not charge Irish VAT as a separate line item.
Customer support, order questions, returns, warranty handling, and data-protection requests can be sent to build@eireworks.cc or raised by phone at +353 89 952 0210. More business contact information is available on the contact page.
02
Products and availability
Eireworks sells and sources performance carbon cycling components, including wheels, frames, handlebars, drivetrain parts, and configured build options. Product pages use manufacturer information, published specifications, Eireworks product review, and customer-support knowledge.
Product images, specifications, weights, geometry, colours, and compatibility notes are provided to help customers choose suitable products. Small differences may occur because cycling components can vary by production batch, selected size, finish, rim depth, freehub, accessory choice, or manufacturer update.
Products shown as in stock are available to order through Eireworks. For supplier-held stock, Eireworks places the supplier order after your request and confirms current supplier stock, compatibility, delivery timing, and any important product-specific notes before asking for payment. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable or materially different from the website information, we will contact you before asking for payment.
03
Orders and payment
Adding an item to the cart, submitting a checkout form, or sending a workshop request does not by itself confirm an order. After receiving your request, Eireworks reviews the selected products, customer details, delivery destination, supplier-held stock, and compatibility information.
If the request can proceed, we send payment instructions or a secure payment link. Your order is accepted only when payment is completed and Eireworks confirms the order. We may decline or cancel a request before acceptance where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud prevention checks fail, or the requested product is unsuitable for the intended use disclosed to us.
You are responsible for giving accurate contact, billing, delivery, compatibility, and configuration information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
04
Prices and taxes
Website prices are shown in euro unless stated otherwise. Prices may change before an order is accepted. A price shown in error does not require Eireworks to supply a product at that incorrect price.
Eireworks is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not shown or charged as a separate line item. If the business becomes VAT registered, pricing and customer documents will be updated as required.
Delivery charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown or confirmed before payment. Where a product is delivered outside Ireland, the customer is responsible for any local import charges, customs procedures, taxes, carrier fees, or duties that apply unless Eireworks has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
05
Shipping and delivery
Current shipping information is set out in the shipping policy. As a general guide, Eireworks offers tracked delivery to Ireland and selected EU countries, with the website currently showing EUR 29 flat-rate EU shipping and an estimated delivery window of 15-27 working days for eligible online orders.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. They may be affected by supplier lead times, product configuration, payment timing, carrier schedules, customs checks, public holidays, weather disruption, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
06
Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty goods, shipping damage, and made-to-order exceptions are handled under the returns and refunds policy. That policy is part of these terms.
Standard products bought online by consumers may usually be cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period. Custom, personalised, installed, altered, or used goods may be treated differently, but faulty goods and statutory remedies are handled separately.
07
Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing, product research, quote requests, and support communication. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false or malicious information, scrape it at unreasonable scale, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that harms Eireworks, customers, suppliers, or service providers.
Website content, including text, layout, product presentation, photography, graphics, and Eireworks branding, is owned by Eireworks or used with permission unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse substantial parts of the website for a competing commercial purpose without written permission.
08
Errors and changes
We try to keep product, pricing, availability, shipping, and policy information accurate and current. Mistakes can occur. Eireworks may correct errors, update content, change products, withdraw products, or refuse an order request affected by a clear error before the order is accepted.
Where we discover a material issue after payment, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, such as confirming amended details, waiting for availability, replacing the item, or refunding the affected amount.
09
Responsibility and limits
Cycling components must be selected, installed, maintained, inspected, and used safely. Unless Eireworks expressly agrees to provide installation or build services, the customer is responsible for proper fitting by a competent mechanic and for checking compatibility before riding.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, Eireworks is not responsible for indirect losses, avoidable losses, business interruption, loss of profit, or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, crash damage, neglect, or normal wear.
10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
