This policy applies to products bought from Eireworks through this website, by email, or through another direct Eireworks sales channel. It should be read with ourterms of service and returns policy.

Where we ship

Eireworks currently supports delivery to Ireland and selected European Union countries shown at checkout. If your destination is not available at checkout, contactbuild@eireworks.cc before ordering and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.

We do not currently promise delivery to every country, remote area, island location, freight-forwarding address, pickup point, PO box, or parcel locker. Some addresses may require review before payment.

Shipping costs

The website currently shows EUR 29 flat-rate shipping for eligible online orders to supported EU destinations. If a product, full build, oversized parcel, remote address, or special delivery request needs a different shipping quote, we will confirm that before asking you to pay.

Shipping charges are shown or confirmed before payment. Discounts or coupon codes may not apply to shipping unless stated.

Delivery timing

The website currently shows an estimated delivery window of 15-27 working days for eligible online orders. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timing can depend on selected configuration, supplier-held stock confirmation, supplier dispatch, payment timing, address confirmation, carrier schedules, customs checks, weather, seasonal demand, and events outside our reasonable control.

If timing is important for a race, trip, mechanic booking, or build deadline, contact us before ordering so we can give the best current guidance.

Tracking and delivery

Orders are sent using tracked services or services with delivery confirmation where available. Tracking information is provided when it becomes available from the supplier, warehouse, courier, or delivery partner.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, reachable phone number, and email address. The carrier may contact you to arrange delivery, collect additional delivery information, or resolve an address issue.

Taxes and customs

Eireworks is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT as a separate line item. For deliveries within Ireland and supported EU destinations, we aim to make order totals clear before payment.

If a delivery is made outside Ireland or outside the usual supported delivery route, the customer may be responsible for local customs procedures, import charges, carrier processing fees, duties, or taxes unless Eireworks expressly confirms otherwise in writing before payment.

Damaged parcels or missing items

Please inspect the parcel as soon as practical after delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph the parcel before opening it and note the damage with the carrier where possible.

If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, emailbuild@eireworks.cc with your order reference, photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected item. Reporting within 48 hours helps us preserve evidence and raise a carrier claim quickly, but a later report does not remove statutory rights you may have.

Address problems and failed delivery

Contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake after placing an order request. Once an order has dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

If a parcel is delayed, refused, uncollected, undeliverable, or returned because the delivery details were incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you about the available options. Extra delivery costs may apply where a new delivery attempt or corrected address shipment is needed because of customer-provided information.

Return shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. Change-of-mind returns are normally sent at the customer's cost. If an item is confirmed faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, Eireworks will arrange the return or reimburse the reasonable standard return cost.
